"Before the child was placed in your care, she was suffering with extreme anxiety after experiencing a significant trauma. Every day at school, we would see meltdowns where the child was unable to regulate and these episodes lasted for nearly half of the day; she was isolated from her peers due to these behaviours; she often needed to work on her own table as she had so many possessions on her desk due to separation anxiety; she was working below the level of her peers academically.

However, the child we have in school today is so different and that is because of the support offered to her by your highly-skilled staff. Due to the trusting relationships built between the child and you, you have been able to support her so much. You have used therapeutic practice to enable her to start recognise her emotions and to take control of them. For this, we are so thankful."
